Director, Finance & Corporate Services

The Association buys in Director Servcies from Hillhead Housing Association, another registered social landlord, to lead and support the Association across all services.  The Association employes a full time Finance & Administration Officer and her responsibilities include ensuring customers receive an efficient front line service, through telephone contact or visits to our office. Our office deals with a variety of enquiries, including rent balances,taking payments and logging repairs and follow up enquiries.  Control of the Association's finances also comes under the remit of this section. We buy in Finance Services from FMD Financial Services Ltd. 

Our Finance & Administration Officer supported by the Director also ensure the Association is operating within regulatory requirements and is meeting governance and financial control standards.

Property Maintenance Services

Our Maintenance Officer has a responsibility to ensure our housing stock is maintained to a high standard by ensuring competent qualified contractors are appointed to carry out maintenance and servicing works.

The Maintenance Officer also manage the Planned and Cyclical Works programme.

Housing Management Services

Our Housing Management Team has the responsibility to provide an efficient and effective housing management service in the interests of the Association, its tenants and the wider community.

The services include allocation of properties to new and existing tenants with the provision of tenancy agreements. Providing support and advice to all tenants in managing & sustaining their tenancies. We deal with the prevention and effective management of rent arrears and provide information & support on benefits along with Welfare Rights.

This section also manages Estate Management including any anti-social behaviour or complaints.
