Rent

Abronhill Housing Association is a not for profit charity. All of our running costs, repairs and most improvements are paid for by the rents we charge. Although we are governed by the Scottish Housing Regulator we receive no government funding for our day to day costs and rely on your rents to provide and repair the homes we supply. 

The Association aims to make it as easy as possible for all our tenants to make rent payments and offer advice and assistance to those who fall into arrears.

Rent payments are due monthly in advance on the 28th of each month.  If you wish to pay weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly this can be agreed with your housing officer.

If you are a new tenant you will be expected to pay your first rent payment when you sign your tenancy agreement.
